Freddy recently completed a major kitchen renovation for me. this was a significant job as we combined a traditional kitchen and dining in a modern open floor plan. freddy and his team did a terrific job and we could not be more pleased with the results. The demolition of the old kitchen was fast,thorough and very very clean which was a great sign about the quality of the work to come. Freddy was very focused on every detail- even with a more critical eye than me in some instance to make everything perfect. There were some challenging design elements and each time, he came up with a great solution. He was very easy to work with and communicated well - At the end of the job that I was satisfied every step of the way. At the end of the job, there were no unexpected extra charges. This job included new walls, ceilings, floors, window, door, custom cabinets, new appliances counters, etc - All came out great.

This Letter is to thank you for all your hard work . for me , totally renovating my bathroom and kitchen was a huge undertaking . from day one you made me feel so comfortable . avery step of the way was explained in deatil. you hear of contractors working on several projects at the same time and not devoting enough time to comlete the project in a timely manner. you and your team are amazing . every day you were there at 8AM and worked all day until 5 oÍ´clock or later to make sure the scheduledwork for the day was completed. everything had to be perfection and the end result speaks for itself. in addition to the bathroom and kitchen you built a closet , installed and painted the crown molding and installed and painted all new doors . you transformed my entire apartment. everything you did is to perfection. any questions i had at any time day or night you responded to immediately.
Had the unveiling for my family and friends and they were in a awe. could not belive the transition and the beautiful workmanship . it has been a pleasure to get to know you and your team and to work with such professionals.

We worked with Freddy and his team on a total (gut) renovation of our bathroom. From day one, Freddy was responsive, communicative, honest and professional. The project took about 3 weeks and he and his team did an amazing job at a fair/good price. Throughout the entire project they worked hard, kept me informed, troubleshot anything that came up and cleaned up the space well every night. The experience from start to finish was excellent. I recently employed A&F to rebuild my master bedroom closet including new sheetrock, insulation, preparation and painting. Freddy promptly provided a fair estimate, and once accepted, was able to start and complete the project in a timely fashion. Significantly, his team was able to take a completely disassembled set of built-in drawers and clothes rods along al four walls and reinstall accurately in their original condition despite not having been involved in their removal. Their work was higly professional, Freddy was excellent to work with, and they made sure to leave the area neat and clean.

Bought a fixer-upper in 2021. After my first contractor bailed without a reason, Freddy jumped in and got started right away. Freddy and his team were great to work with; fair, honest, and expert craftsmen -- and they even finished the job early! I have subsequently hired him back for additional work. Thank you, Freddy!

Freddy is a hard worker; he and his staff were very professional and polite. They always left their workplace spotless in my home at the end of each day during their job. Freddy was easy to contact and always returned my calls. He built a bathroom for me from scratch! He also installed one in my basement. He is very organized, honest, humble and cares about doing a quality job.
